- Delete the settings in the Envarc:Sys/ drawer. The prefs editors in 3.1
- will load older config files, but they can't be edited properly.

- The only settings that you should have to delete are:

- Envarc:Sys/palette.prefs
- Envarc:Sys/pointer.prefs

- Don't confuse these settings with any "custom" settings that might be
- saved in your Envarc: directory.

- If these files are missing when you invoke the 3.1 palette and pointer
- editors, you won't have any more trouble.
